1.Cell Loading
Action process:Operator will standard material frame through the cantilever crane handling on the material position, through the speed line conveyor transfer to the lower material transfer position, the lower material transfer gripper grips the double product to prevent the lower material flip station, flip station will be vertical state of the product placed horizontally at the conveyor belt, the conveyor belt through the transfer of the product will be transported to the next process.

2.Cell Process Station
Cell loading robot will transfer the product to the core weighing position, the weighing mechanism through the pressure sensor for detection, weighing robot will core for thickness measurement and lug pre-leveling, OCV test is completed on the core for data uploading, transported to the lug cutting process for cutting, lug length detection, the final test, such as unqualified products through the robot sorting and transfer to the OK under the material or NG throwing material.

3.Module Stacking&Pressing Off the Line
Action process: the robot will transfer the product, and then the product to paste double-sided tape process, through the robot will transfer the product stacking position in order to place the product compression rotating, rotating to the lower material position extrusion tooling transfer module, artificial steel ties and other components for assembly, extrusion assembled finished module, cantilever crane artificial lifting off the line.

4.Terminal Tab Laser Welding
Action flow: the products on the pallet flow to the pole ear welding station, pallet blocking, jacking cylinders will pallet jacking module, the camera on the first point of the photo sequential addressing, welding pressure foot action laser ranging, in line with the dimensions of the requirements of the welding of the three lugs, in turn welding will be turned over to the other side of the module in order to take pictures of the action, ranging, welding, welding is completed to jacking, blocking the fall of the product flow of the next process.
